Exhibitor Booth Floor Plan and Pricing

The exhibit space layout is different from previous years and there is no grandfathered space. This year the exhibit hall will be in Exhibition Hall A in the Vancouver Convention Centre, where the conference general sessions have previously been held. See a map of the main level of VCC East →

Booth costs depend on three factors:

1. Size of booth: either 6'x8' or 10'x10'
2. Location of booth
3. Their seasonal rates (Early, Regular, Late Rates)

Commercial Booths

Agencies who rent a Commercial Booth are allowed to sell products to the public. Sales of products outside of the Commercial Booth zone is prohibited. Commercial Booths include M1–M6, and N1–N6. 

Note: priority is given to charitable Christian non-profit organizations and local partner churches.

• Register as a Returning Agency or Church/Ministry
